EGYPT - LOCATION RECONNAISSANCE - Introduction

The Music video I created Is made in a number of different locations in Egypt

Given that I was searching for a song and thought when and where am I gonna film, and so I decided that because on the Sky week I was going to visit Egypt with some friends and family therefor I decided that it would be a difficult but jet amassing place in which to film the Music video - So I chose the song according to the vibes Egypt gave me which in y opinion It can be seen reflected in the chosen song and video.

But there were two things I new I needed to do before I left - One was that I had to ORGANISE when and where I was going to have time to film, because I had to enjoy my journey which I did but because I new that I had to organise every detail of filming before I went to the locations because I new that even If I had to redo some shots I new that I would probably wont be cable to come back to re do them so I had to organise everything to make sure I didn't forget some shots and most importantly so there are not any surprises. After organising everything - following the scheduled wasn't so difficult - there were some surprises along the journey but given that I went with a agent which company had organised per day everything we were going to do and which places we where going to visit. This is way making my plan and following it wasn't so difficult because I had most of the information

2 - Day - Pyramids of Giza

The last remaining of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramids of Giza are one of the world's most recognisable landmarks. Egypts beautiful colour and the perfect lighting thanks to the clear sky facilitated the shots I had to do.

3 - Day - La Gran Estinge -Temple of Hathor

This is ancient Thebes, the power base of the New Kingdom pharaohs, with more sights than most people can see in a single visit. On the east bank of Luxor lies a modern city with a vibrant souk. His two temples at Karnak and Luxor. and a museum. The lush farmlands and barren cliffs of the West Bank, home to so many tombs and temples that it has been called the world's largest open-air museum.

Many of the shots in the music video are of this two wonderful locations- breathtaking.

5 - Day - Abu Simbel

Even in a country adorned with temples, Abu Simbel is special. This is the great temple of Ramesses II, with huge statues standing guard on the outside and richly decorated interiors with murals. Famous for its megalithic proportions, the temples of Abu Simbel are also noted for their incredible engineering

6. - Day - Luxor's Temples & Tombs

7 - Day - Cruising the Nile /Abydos Temple

Decorated with columns with papyrus heads, the Hypostyle Hall contains some of Egypt's finest reliefs, including various scenes depicting pharaohs and ancient Egyptian gods. Since the temple is north of Luxor, it is not on the main routes of Nile cruise ships. A Nile cruise is also the most relaxing way to see the riverside temples on the Luxor-Aswan route.

8 - Day - Aswan

The most beautiful landscape and perfect to see the crocodiles who come from the surface of the Nile River when it's diner time.

9 - Day - Diving the Red Sea

Beneath the surface of the Red Sea lies another world that is just as fascinating as the temples and tombs on land. The Red Sea reefs are well known among divers, both for the soft corals on display and the abundance of marine life ranging from colorful reef fish and nudibranchs to sharks, dolphins, turtles, rays and even dugongs. The most famous city for divers is Sharm el-Sheikh on the Sinai Peninsula, closest to the reefs of Ras Mohammed National Park and Tiran Strait. For diving sites in the Guvar Strait, head to Hurghada or El Gouna on the Red Sea coast. Advanced divers, on the other hand, should visit the resort of Marsa Alam, the closest dive base to Egypt's 'deep south' dive sites.
